What my clients tell me:
"Women have told me they feel like they have more control over the way they feel through their treatment, and have more confidence to participate in an exercise program, either individually or within a group environment.

I see women come out stronger following their breast cancer treatment than when I meet them in our initial consultation prior to chemotherapy/surgery/radiation therapy.

I see their confidence grow as they become stronger, as they move better, and become more energised."

Why do I target breast cancer rehab?
Research shows that a specific exercise rehab program can:
  • Increase energy levels
  • Improve posture
  • Encourage correct movement patterns
  • Increase muscle mass
  • Encourage optimal lymphatic function
