Hi, I'm Kate Perkins!

I am the founder of Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphatic Solutions, and the creator of the Bounce Back From Breast Cancer program.

I have helped countless women diagnosed with breast cancer to improve their quality of life and assist recovery through individualised, evidence-based, exercise rehab programs, as well as providing detailed patient education and hands-on treatment.

I also have a strong focus in the early monitoring for breast cancer related lymphoedema (BCRL).
