The aim of the program is to help physical energy levels for quality of life and reduction of cancer treatment side effects. It consists of physical activity counselling/education and exercise classes. The exercises consist of a wide range of training techniques. We encourage participants to work within their own limitations. Exercise modifications will be provided and we trust you will stay within your own physical guidelines.
