HOW IT WORKS
The BBFBC community is a monthly membership, just like a gym membership, but you can access your tribe, exercises, discussions, and more 24/7. Stay connected anywhere!
Head to BB Babe Town to be a member of a supportive, like-minded private community.
Access to live exercise sessions with your coaches, connection with other members, up to date evidence based education relevant to breast cancer rehabilitation, and so much more...
What the Bounce Back Babes are saying:
"BBFBC has given me the motivation to do exercise in a non-judgemental field - where exercises are designed at a level that you can handle. It gives you a voice to ask questions with people that get your journey and understand what you have been through" - Liza
"I love the connection which is actually the thing that keeps me motivated. I enjoy the company of the other participants and cannot commend the coaches highly enough for their professionalism and patience. I have never stuck at any exercise regime before finding this program." - Denice
What the Bounce Back Babes are saying:
"Connection and motivation for me too. Motivation is so important through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. I never would have imagined I could exercise through treatment. And the feeling of connection helps through all the highs and lows." - Monica
"I did Pilates before I developed cancer and I never returned back again. Motivation is sometimes hard but you somehow get me to the screen, and the connection makes you feel you are not the only one. I wish I had this in 2010, but I am making up for it now. I work, so my time is in the morning or at the end of a busy day. Being educated is a continuing subject and very important... you think you know everything but you don't. I am learning a lot!" - Denise
My name is Kate Perkins.
I am a certified Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation & Lymphoedema Occupational Therapist, founder of Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphatic Solutions, my booked out clinic on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
I have helped countless women diagnosed with breast cancer to improve their quality of life and assist recovery through individualised, evidence-based, exercise rehab programs, as well as providing detailed patient education and hands-on treatment. I also have a strong focus in the early monitoring for breast cancer related lymphoedema (BCRL).
I am also the founder of the online Bounce Back From Breast Cancer Foundation Program, and the Bounce Back Private Community, where women from all over the world can connect, and exercise with my live sessions together, as well as interact in education segments with guests.
My clinic is booked out, so I wanted to reach as many women worldwide who may not have access to specific breast cancer rehabilitation exercise programs, and other components of cancer rehab.
I am a member of the Australian Lymphology Association, and offer patients a holistic recovery program based on cancer rehabilitation exercise prescription, and education around evidence-based treatment strategies.
As a former competitive cyclist and triathlete and passionate surfer, I draw on my lifelong love of sport, health and fitness to help her patients return to doing the things they love best following their cancer treatment.
I work with women at all stages of their diagnosis including pre-treatment, during treatment and post-treatment recovery, with a goal to support as many women as possible to reach their full potential.
***Kate Perkins has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), is a registered Occupational Therapist with Allied Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a member of the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA), an accredited Level 1 Lymphoedema Therapist on the National Lymphoedema Practitioner Register (NLPR) and a Certified Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist.***
